Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: October 11, 2026
SpooLoo LLC d/b/a SpooLink

SpooLink wants people to create, discover, purchase, manage, and attend events with dignity and meaningful access.

Our Commitment

SpooLink is committed to providing an inclusive experience for merchants, ticket buyers, event attendees, staff, and visitors. We work to improve the accessibility and usability of our public website, merchant workspace, ticket-purchase experience, support resources, seating selection, POS tools, and LiveGate™ workflows.

Accessibility Goal

SpooLink’s accessibility work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and some content, integrations, uploaded merchant materials, or newly released features may not yet fully meet that goal.

Request Assistance

If you need help creating an account, purchasing or retrieving a ticket, using a QR code, accessing merchant tools, or communicating with SpooLink, contact support@spoolink.com. Please describe the page, feature, task, assistive technology, and problem encountered so we can respond effectively.

Report an Accessibility Barrier

Accessibility reports are reviewed by SpooLink Support and routed to the appropriate team. We aim to acknowledge a report promptly, investigate the affected workflow, provide a reasonable alternative when available, and communicate the resolution or planned remediation.

Merchant and Venue Responsibilities

Merchants control their event descriptions, uploaded images, venue information, seating configurations, physical event operations, accommodations, and attendee communications. Merchants must verify accessible-seat labels, wheelchair positions, companion seating, routes, capacity, and accommodation information against the actual venue. A seating-chart icon or label does not by itself establish physical accessibility. Attendees should contact the Merchant or venue about event-specific accommodations. Merchants and venues remain responsible for complying with accessibility laws applicable to their events and physical locations. SpooLink may provide tools and guidance but does not operate the venue.

Third-Party Services

Some payment, calendar, video, map, email, analytics, or other integrated services are operated by third parties. Their accessibility practices and support processes are governed by their own policies. SpooLink welcomes reports about barriers encountered during an integrated workflow.
