This Privacy Policy explains how SpooLoo, LLC d/b/a SpooLink collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when users access SpooLink’s website, event ticketing tools, LiveGate™ admissions services, merchant dashboards, demo sandbox environments, APIs, and related services.

SpooLink may process information based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, legal compliance obligations, fraud prevention, operational requirements, security needs, and user consent where applicable.

3. Information We Collect

SpooLink may collect account information, contact details, merchant information, attendee information, ticket purchase details, payment-related information, device data, scan activity, usage logs, support requests, uploaded content, communications, and operational records submitted through the platform.

4. Ticketing and LiveGate™ Data

SpooLink may collect and process ticket codes, QR tokens, admission scan results, gate activity, override activity, ticket lifecycle history, event access records, fraud-monitoring records, and related audit logs to support admissions operations, security, fraud prevention, analytics, reporting, and platform integrity.

5. Merchant Data Responsibilities

Event merchants generally control attendee, customer, staff, and operational data submitted into SpooLink. SpooLink may process certain information on behalf of merchants to provide ticketing, admissions, communications, reporting, fraud prevention, payment, and operational services.

6. Payment Information

SpooLink may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. SpooLink does not store complete payment card numbers on its own servers unless expressly stated. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy and security policies.

7. How We Use Information

SpooLink uses information to provide services, process tickets, support LiveGate™ admissions, manage merchant accounts, secure the platform, prevent fraud, provide support, communicate with users, improve functionality, comply with legal obligations, generate reporting, and maintain operational integrity.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

SpooLink may use cookies, analytics tools, local storage, and related technologies including:

  • Essential cookies;
  • Performance and analytics cookies;
  • Functionality cookies;
  • Security and authentication cookies;
  • Advertising or remarketing technologies where applicable.

SpooLink may use third-party analytics or marketing tools such as analytics providers, CRM platforms, advertising services, or marketing automation systems.

9. Demo Sandbox Data

Demo, sandbox, investor, preview, and testing environments may use simulated, fake, resettable, or non-production data. Demo activity may still be logged for security, training, analytics, operational improvement, and fraud prevention purposes.

SpooLink may share information with service providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics vendors, communication providers, legal advisors, merchants, venue operators, or government authorities when reasonably necessary to operate the Services, comply with law, protect users, investigate fraud, or enforce platform rights.

  • Enforce Terms of Service;
  • Protect platform security and operations.

SpooLink may retain account records, transaction records, ticket lifecycle records, scan histories, support records, fraud-monitoring records, audit logs, communications, and operational data for commercially reasonable periods or as required by law, compliance obligations, tax requirements, security needs, dispute resolution, or platform integrity.

13. Security and Breach Response

SpooLink uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect information. However, no online platform, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

SpooLink reserves the right to investigate security incidents, respond to suspected unauthorized access, and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

14. AI-Assisted and Automated Systems

SpooLink may use AI-assisted or automated systems to support customer assistance, fraud detection, admissions validation, analytics, operational workflows, reporting, recommendations, platform security, and event operations.

Certain operational decisions may involve automated processing, though human review may also occur.

15. SMS and Communications Consent

SpooLink may send transactional emails, event notifications, account alerts, operational notices, ticket confirmations, security alerts, and SMS communications where applicable.

Message and data rates may apply. Users may opt out of certain SMS communications by replying STOP where applicable. Carrier delays or failures are not the responsibility of SpooLink.

16. Public Event Content

Event pages, flyers, venue information, performer media, promotional materials, livestreams, and publicly submitted event content may be visible publicly through SpooLink services.

17. Biometric and Facial Recognition Disclaimer

SpooLink does not currently use facial recognition or biometric identification technologies unless explicitly disclosed through future platform features or integrations.

18. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights under applicable privacy laws including rights to request access to certain personal information, request deletion, request correction, and receive information about how data is processed.

SpooLink does not sell personal information in the traditional sense.

19. International Privacy Rights

Users outside the United States may have additional rights under applicable laws, including rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain data processing activities.

20. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed, stored, or transferred within the United States or other countries where SpooLink or its service providers operate, including cloud infrastructure and operational systems.

21. User Requests and Account Closure

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain information where applicable law provides such rights.

Certain information may still be retained after account closure, including transaction records, admissions records, audit logs, tax records, fraud-monitoring records, security logs, legal compliance records, and operational histories.

22. Children's Privacy

SpooLink is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. SpooLink does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent where required by law.

23. Changes to This Policy

SpooLink may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of SpooLink after updates means users accept the revised policy.
