Copyright & DMCA Policy

SpooLink requires merchants and users to submit only content they are authorized to use. This includes event artwork, photographs, logos, music-related materials, descriptions, prompts, AI-assisted output, and other media.

A copyright owner or authorized agent may report allegedly infringing content by emailing support@spoolink.com. The notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing material and its URL or location, provide the reporting party’s contact information, include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, include a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.

SpooLink may request additional information, preserve relevant records, remove or restrict access to reported material, notify the affected merchant or user, and take other steps reasonably appropriate under applicable law. A report does not guarantee removal, and knowingly false or materially misleading reports may create liability.

A person whose content was removed or restricted may email support@spoolink.com with a counter-notification that identifies the material, explains in good faith why removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provides their name, address, and telephone number, states under penalty of perjury that removal or restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, consents to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for their address (or, for an address outside the United States, a district where SpooLink may be found), agrees to accept service from the original reporting party or its agent, and includes a physical or electronic signature. For a qualifying DMCA counter-notification, SpooLink forwards a copy to the original reporting party and follows the applicable restoration process, ordinarily 10 to 14 business days after receipt unless notified that the reporting party has filed a qualifying court action. Notices and counter-notifications may be shared with the affected parties as needed to administer this process.

SpooLink may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, or accounts associated with serious infringement and may restrict content or features to protect rights holders, users, and the platform.
