Ticket Purchase Policy
Effective Date: October 11, 2026
SpooLoo LLC d/b/a SpooLink
This policy explains the roles, purchase conditions, refund process, ticket rules, and support paths that apply when tickets are sold through SpooLink.
1. Seller and Platform Roles
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the event Merchant identified on the event page or checkout is the seller and merchant of record. SpooLink provides ticketing, payment-integration, communications, and admission technology and is not the event organizer, venue operator, bank, escrow provider, or payment processor.
2. Review Before Purchase
Before completing a purchase, review the event description, date, time, time zone, venue, admission restrictions, ticket details, price, taxes, disclosed fees, and the Merchant’s refund policy. The displayed ticket total must include mandatory fees known and calculable at that time, with applicable government charges and affirmatively selected optional items disclosed before payment. Completing checkout authorizes the displayed charge and confirms that the purchaser supplied accurate contact and payment information.
3. Tickets and QR Codes
A ticket is a revocable limited license for the applicable event and does not guarantee admission when the ticket is refunded, voided, duplicated, transferred contrary to event rules, used for the wrong event, or otherwise invalid.
QR codes and ticket credentials should be protected. Sharing a ticket image or code may allow another person to use it first. The Merchant and venue retain responsibility for final admission decisions, safety rules, accessibility, age restrictions, and event operations.
4. Seating, Tables, and Temporary Holds
Where offered, review the seat, row, section, table, capacity area, and whether the purchase includes an individual seat or a whole table or group. A temporary reservation or hold is not a completed purchase and may expire before payment is confirmed. Rely on the completed order and issued ticket for the confirmed admission assignment; a chart preview or pending payment does not guarantee a position.
Accessible seating labels describe the Merchant’s configuration. Contact the Merchant or venue to confirm physical accessibility, companion arrangements, and any accommodation needed before purchasing. General-admission tickets do not assign a particular seat unless the event expressly states otherwise.
5. Refunds
The event-specific refund policy displayed by the Merchant controls refund eligibility unless applicable law, payment-network rules, processor requirements, or a written SpooLink policy requires otherwise.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, the purchaser’s bank, and other financial providers. Platform, service, and processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
6. Cancellations, Postponements, and Changes
The Merchant is responsible for event cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, venue changes, performer changes, admission restrictions, and related customer communications. A postponed or rescheduled event is not automatically treated as canceled. The applicable Merchant policy and law determine available remedies.
7. Transfers, Resale, and Unauthorized Use
Ticket transfer or resale is permitted only when allowed by the Merchant and applicable law. SpooLink may restrict, void, or investigate ticket activity involving fraud, unauthorized resale, abusive automation, duplicate use, chargebacks, credential theft, or security risk.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Contact the Merchant or SpooLink Support before initiating a payment dispute when practical. Filing a chargeback does not itself establish refund eligibility and may result in ticket cancellation while the payment provider investigates.
9. In-Person Purchases
Where the Merchant offers POS sales, available payment methods and receipts depend on the supported workflow. The Merchant is responsible for collecting and verifying cash or externally processed payments and handling related refunds. A prepared sale or pending order is not a payment receipt or valid ticket. Keep the completed receipt and issued ticket, and contact the Merchant about payment discrepancies.
10. Support
Event-content, venue, accessibility, cancellation, and refund-eligibility questions should generally be directed to the Merchant. Technical ticket-delivery, QR, checkout, or account questions may be sent to support@spoolink.com.
