Prepare your event imagery
Add a clear hero image and other approved artwork in the event’s branding workflow. Check the public preview on desktop and a small mobile screen before sharing.
Reuse your assets
Keep approved images in the Asset Library for reuse. When selecting existing artwork, you do not need to generate a new AI image.
Make sharing easy
Use an event flyer with a QR code or share the event’s public URL directly. Test the QR destination before printing or distributing a flyer.
