Create event artwork or reuse an existing image without spending an AI credit.

Begin with a Creative Brief
Choose the asset type, name the asset, and add only the creative direction the artwork needs.

Reuse or generate
Select Generate—Use Existing Asset when formatting saved artwork. Use an AI-credit option only when you intentionally want new artwork.

Save the final artwork
Review the result, add an event QR code when needed, and save the completed copy to the Asset Library.
