Who Municipal Services supports
SpooLink Municipal is designed for municipalities, counties, chambers of commerce, and community organizations coordinating public programs and events.

Review the municipal solutions
Use the Municipal Services hub to review community events, vendor management, campaign QR codes, partner coordination, commerce, staff access, and reporting.

Request municipal onboarding
Municipal access uses a coordinated review rather than ordinary merchant signup.
- Open the Municipal Services page.
- Select Apply for Municipal Services.
- Describe the organization, programs, and intended use.
- Submit the request for SpooLink review and follow-up.

Get help
Use the public Contact page for general municipal questions. Approved municipal users can use Helpdesk Support for account-specific assistance.
